Cancellation Policy
AT ASPIRE WEIGHT LOSS & WELLNESS WE HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION + NO SHOW POLICY IN PLACE TO RESPECT OUR PROVIDERS TIME AND PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE TO ALL OF OUR GUESTS. ANY APPOINTMENT THAT CANCELS OR NO SHOWS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME WILL BE CHARGED $100 CANCELLATION FEE. THIS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE. IF THE CARD DOES NOT PROCESS THE PAYMENT, YOU WILL BE INVOICED.
IF A CLIENT HAS CANCELED AND/OR NO SHOWN 3 TIMES, THE CLIENT WILL THEN BE REQUIRED TO PRE-PAY IN FULL FOR FUTURE SERVICES AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. THE AMOUNT PRE-PAID FOR IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF THE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY IS VIOLATED AGAIN. IF THE APPOINTMENT IS RESCHEDULED PRIOR TO THE 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME, THE AMOUNT PAID WILL BE CREDITED FOR FUTURE SERVICES AT ASPIRE WEIGHT LOSS & WELLNESS.
Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Aspire Weight Loss & Wellness in cases of emergencies or illness.
